Inspiré par la tradition bernoise des ponts suspendus à chaînes, notre ouvrage réinterprète cet héritage d'ingénierie offrant une lecture directe et contemporaine des forces de tension. Le projet dialogue avec précision avec la topographie asymétrique du site : une structure solidement ancrée sur un flan, contrastant avec un appui léger et presque aérien sur presqu'île de Zehendermätteli. Ce tracé suit rigoureusement la logique des forces, alliant lignes concaves et convexes pour créer une silhouette d'une grande finesse, particulièrement élancée par-dessus l’Aar. Le bâtiment, témoin de l’histoire viticole régionale, a fait l’objet d’une restauration respectueuse de son caractère patrimonial et est aujourd’hui remis à ses propriétaires, désormais installés dans les lieux. L’intervention a permis de mettre en valeur les éléments d’origine, notamment les structures anciennes révélées après la dépose des aménagements non historiques, tout en intégrant des éléments contemporains, notamment dans les salles d’eau. La bâtisse se situe au lieu-dit La Noyère, au cœur du village de Mont-sur-Rolle autour duquel se constitue le noyau principal de la localité. Accroché aux coteaux viticoles dominant Rolle, ce noyau ancien mêle maisons vigneronnes des 17e et 18e siècles, demeures de maître et domaine viticole d’ampleur, disposés en séquences contiguës ou en épi. Le projet a consisté en la restauration minutieuse des boiseries (recentrage et ponçage du parquet historique, rénovation de la porte en noyer), la dépose du papier peint d’origine endommagé et la pose d’un nouveau revêtement contemporain, accompagnée de reprises de peinture. Nous avons eu l’opportunité de développer le projet Powerhouse Arts à Brooklyn au sein du bureau Herzog &amp; de Meuron, projet gagnant dans la catégorie éducation et santé. La transformation du bâtiment existant s’est faite avec précaution, en veillant à son bon fonctionnement et à la fluidité des circulations. HdM a mené une étude approfondie du bâtiment et de son identité dans le quartier, choisissant de laisser la structure brute visible et de préserver les traces de son histoire industrielle, y compris son passé de squat. L’objectif du maître d’ouvrage était de restaurer la façade dans son état d’origine de 1802. EPF SIA REG A – Urbaniste FSU Muriz Djurdjevic est titulaire d'un Master en Architecture de l'EPFL, avec une spécialisation en planification urbaine et territoriale. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme, il rejoint Herzog &amp; de Meuron à Bâle et acquiert ses premières expériences entre 2016-21 en travaillant sur divers projets internationaux, se concentrant finalement sur la planification territoriale, urbaine et infrastructurelle. En tant que chef de projet, il est responsable du projet lauréat pour Ronquoz 21, Sion (2019). Son travail de diplôme intitulé "Atlas of Overexploited Territories - Baltic Sea" porte sur l'urbanisation des territoires maritimes et leurs vastes paysages opérationnels en tant qu'éléments du tissu urbain mondial. Il est récompensé par le Prix Arditi en Architecture (2016), le BestOf Architecture EPFL et primé aux Swiss Arc Award dans la catégorie Next-Generation. Ses recherches sont exposées au pavillon de la Baltique à la Biennale d’Architecture de Venise en 2016 et publiées dans The Baltic Atlas (2016). En tant que cofondateur et ancien rédacteur en chef d'Atlas of Places, il donne des conférences et des ateliers à l'USI Mendrisio (2017) et à Transitional Territories, Delta Urbanism à la TU Delft (2019). En 2020, il rejoint l’atelier Architecture of Territory à l’ETH Zürich où il fait partie de l'équipe de recherche et d'enseignement. Unser multidisziplinärer Ansatz ermöglicht es uns, ein breites Spektrum an Projekten anzugehen, von der Architektur über die Stätdebau&nbsp;bis hin zur Raum- und Infrastrukturplanung. Unsere Erfahrung in Lehre und Forschung bringt uns dazu, Überlegungen zu zeitgenössischen Problematiken zu integrieren, die den Erhalt des baulichen, landschaftlichen und produktiven Erbes betreffen und gleichzeitig eine verantwortungsvolle Stadtentwicklung fördern. In einem Kontext, der von grossen und schnellen Veränderungen geprägt ist, glauben wir an die Gestaltung von funktionalen und flexiblen Räumen, die den heutigen Bedürfnissen entsprechen und gleichzeitig eine zukünftige Umnutzung ermöglichen. Unsere Erfahrung bei der Entwicklung von Grossprojekten ermöglicht es uns, das Projekt in einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz zu betrachten und dies auf allen Ebenen. Nachhaltigkeit, die Förderung der Kreislaufwirtschaft und die Nutzung lokaler Ressourcen spielen in unserem Ansatz eine entscheidende Rolle und wir räumen der Integration dieser Prinzipien in alle unsere Projekte höchste Priorität ein. Es ist entscheidend, Räume zu schaffen, die nicht nur die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden erfüllen, sondern auch eine nachhaltige Zukunft durch eine effiziente Nutzung von Ressourcen fördern. Unser Designprozess beginnt immer mit einer Analyse des Kontextes, um die am besten geeigneten Lösungen für den Standort vorzuschlagen. Architekt ETH SIA REG A – Raumplaner FSUMuriz Djurdjevic hat einen Master-Abschluss in Architektur von der EPF Lausanne mit Schwerpunkt Stadt- und Raumplanung. Nach seinem Abschluss kam er zu Herzog &amp; de Meuron in Basel und sammelte erste Erfahrungen zwischen 2016-21 bei verschiedenen internationalen Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf Raum-, Stadt- und Infrastrukturplanung. Als Projektleiter war er verantwortlich für den Siegerwettbewerb für Ronquoz 21, Sion (2019). In seiner Diplomarbeit "Atlas of Overexploited Territories - Baltic Sea"&nbsp; untersuchte er die Verstädterung von Meeresgebieten und deren ausgedehnte Betriebslandschaften als Teil des weltweiten Stadtgefüges. Er wurde mit dem Prix Arditi in Architektur (2016), dem BestOf Architecture EPFL ausgezeichnet und erhielt den Swiss Arc Award in der Kategorie Next-Generation. Seine Forschungsarbeit wurde 2016 im Baltischen Pavillon auf der Biennale in Venedig ausgestellt und in The Baltic Atlas (2016) veröffentlicht. Als Mitbegründer und ehemaliger Redakteur von Atlas of Places hat er Vorlesungen an der USI Mendrisio (2017) und Transitional Territories, Delta Urbanism, TU Delft (2019) gehalten. Im Jahr 2020 integrierte er die ETH Zürich, Architecture of Territory, wo er Teil des Forschungs- und Lehrteams war. Von 2022-23 unterrichtete er auch am gemeinsamen (ETH+EPFL) Master of Advanced Studies in Urban and Territorial Design an der ETH Zürich und hat parallel dazu sein Büro Djurdjevic Architekten in Lausanne eröffnet.&nbsp;Ab 2023 ist er als Bauherrenvertreter bei den SBB tätig.
